Well today was an off day. Been trying to recover from life drama. Bleh. Also, didn't have progenex recovery post wod on Monday... horrible idea. I'm still sore! So I took the time to work on my squat cleans. Really need to work on the transition with fast elbows.

Really, really slow 500m row.. then decided to work the squat clean with the women's bar
