I just couldn't do it. I couldn't take a full rest day.
6pm-ish:
Practice double unders
CFE POSE running drills
Practice double unders
Highest number strung together: 5. Not too shabby
9:30pm:
Go run. Calves seizing. It turned into a mix of sprints, jogs & some rest for my calves. Really mentally focused on going fast even after I was tired. Little sprints throughout the run win the race. Gotta keep that in the back of my mind. Lasted a total of 13:42.
