This HURT. The Turkish Get Ups killed me even though it was at 30# KB. It's Sunday and I'm still sore. Whole body hurts so good from Cindy and TGUs, but I need a full recovery by Wednesday.
Turkish Get-ups are KILLER! Way to knock them out with the 30# KB!
