Well what can I say, it's been a CRAZY month! Absolutely insane. I don't even have words for the personal turmoil and growth I have gone through. Anyways, on to the good stuff: TRAINING! (Fair warning, I use military time)
15:00:
W/U 5min jog around ROTC building
2 rnds:
5 strict pull ups on 1" band
10 dips on bars
15 squats
Then:
~1000m run (pull ups bars, around ICI and back)
30 strict, underhand grip pull ups on 1" (kipped 4 after muscle failure)
~1000m run

Suck fest. Had two cups of coffee before this.
3 hour wait. Ate package of raw broccoli.

5min double under practice. Still not where I want them to be, but getting better
15 squats - really focusing on feet being close and pushing my knees out
Then:
Tabata sprints around Legacy lake and back in the dirt trails behind the apts
Jog back for a few minutes for recovery
Sprints felt good. Screwed up the timer the first two rounds so I actually did like 10 instead of 8. Not too bad. Left knee started pissing me off though, awkward pain.
Recovery post shower: 1 Tuna pack with Salt Free Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper seasoning
20:00 1 cup black coffee.
Now I'm exhausted!
